Technical specifications:

1. Filtration area: F = 10,040 m², double-row configuration, 8 chambers.

2. Dust concentration in the flue gas at the outlet ≤ 5 mg/Nm³ (standard conditions)
3. Air leakage rate: <3%
4. Equipment pressure drop: ≤2000 Pa; equipment pressure rating: ±5000 Pa;
5. Filter bag specifications: 130 × 6,100 mm; filter media material: YT metal membrane. 6. Dust-cleaning method: offline pulse-jet cleaning.
7. Equipment configuration: double-row design with 8 chambers, each chamber equipped with an independent ash hopper having a hopper angle of ≥65°.

8. The shell and hopper wall plates shall have a thickness of ≥6 mm, be made of Q355 steel, and the hopper angle shall be ≥65°.

9. The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet flue gases of the equipment shall be ≤30°C; the equipment shall be equipped with external thermal insulation, using aluminosilicate felt or board as the insulation material.
10. The indoor control cabinet shall be made of carbon steel with a thickness of ≥2 mm. The enclosure of the field operation box shall be made of stainless steel with a thickness of ≥1.5 mm.
11. The equipment shall comply with the requirements of HJ/T 325-2006, “Framework for Filter Bags of Bag Filters.”
12. The NOx concentration in the flue gas after denitrification shall be ≤50 mg/Nm³ (at 280°C to 420°C).
