Project Case | Yitai Technology’s first (three-unit) industrial silicon upgrading and transformation project has been officially put into operation!

Following the successful, nearly two-year continuous and stable operation of Hongyuan Energy Technology’s new 150,000-ton-per-year industrial silicon YT high-temperature desulfurization, dust removal, and denitrification integrated environmental protection island project—which has met all design performance specifications—Yitai Technology’s first “quality improvement and upgrade” project—the second-phase flue gas negative-pressure dust removal system for Yunnan Yongchang Silicon Industry Co., Ltd.—has also been successfully commissioned and is now operating steadily, achieving compliance with emission standards on the first attempt. This project leverages Chengdu Yitai’s high-temperature dust removal technology to achieve ultra-low emissions while reducing costs and improving efficiency.
