Jintang large-scale production base

The Jintang production base is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengdu Intermet Technology Co., Ltd. It is a specialized manufacturing base for energy-saving and environmentally friendly equipment utilizing special intermetallic compound membranes, invested and established by Yitai Technology in the Chengdu-Aba Industrial Concentration Development Zone. The production facility spans over 100 acres, employs 165 production personnel, and boasts over 200 sets of various manufacturing and processing equipment. It is committed to becoming an international avant-garde high-tech industrial demonstration base for the production of intermetallic compound membranes and equipment globally.

The base has an annual production capacity of over 180 sets of large-scale flue gas treatment equipment and 1 million square meters of various metal filter cartridges. This production base will provide strong support for E-Tech's rapid development in three areas: industrial upgrading, energy conservation and environmental protection, and ecological health.

The Dujiangyan Production Demonstration Base of Chengdu Intermet Technology Co., Ltd. is the world's first high-tech industrialization demonstration base dedicated to the preparation of asymmetric membranes made of special intermetallic compounds. The base boasts a team of professionally trained scientific researchers and operational technicians, with 91% of the staff holding a college degree or above. The base currently possesses over 50 sets of various production equipment, including more than 30 major production equipment designed in-house and equipped with patented technology. It has established a professional on-site analysis and testing center that integrates raw material analysis, finished product analysis, and system verification, with the capability to produce over 100,000 rigid membrane filters, 500,000 square meters of flexible membrane cartridges, and more than 180 sets of integrated large-scale equipment annually.
