- Project Overview: The 42,400-ton lithium carbonate production line at Tianqi Lithium (Shehong)’s industrialization base for new lithium-ion battery materials, equipped with YT metal-membrane dust removal and denitrification systems, has been commissioned in stages since 2016 and has been operating smoothly.
Main technical parameters:
- Process medium: high-temperature flue gas from the spodumene calcination kiln
- Gas handling capacity: 120,000 m³/h
- Operating temperature: 300℃
- Purification criteria: dust concentration after filtration ≤ 10 mg/Nm³; NO X ≤50 mg/Nm³
