High-temperature dust removal and SCR denitrification are integrated into a single unit, which is divided into two functional sections: a high-temperature metal-membrane dust-collection section and an SCR catalytic denitrification section. These two sections operate independently yet are housed within the same equipment, forming an integrated dust-and-nitrogen-oxide removal system.

 

The main advantages are as follows:

1) Integrated dust removal and denitrification, with a compact structure, small footprint, and reduced capital investment.

2) Perform high-precision dust removal followed by catalytic treatment to fully protect the SCR catalyst from poisoning, thereby maintaining its long-term high-efficiency denitrification performance.

 

Implementation: The SCR denitrification system operates effectively in dusty environments and at medium-to-high temperatures, with the catalyst performing optimally within its designated temperature range, ensuring long-term, stable operation. Emission concentrations are maintained below 40 mg/Nm³, significantly exceeding the national ultra-low emission standards.
