Product Overview:
Made from metal powders and a specially formulated metal substrate using a proprietary film-forming process, it features high precision, low resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, and superior temperature resistance.
- Filtration efficiency: 99.99%
- Resistance: <500 Pa
- Temperature resistance: 200–450°C
- Corrosion-resistant: resistant to corrosion by S, Cl, and F.
Performance advantages of YT metal flexible film:
(1) The coating exhibits high mechanical strength and can withstand substantial cyclic loading pressures.
(2) The membrane surface exhibits high hardness and excellent wear resistance, effectively withstanding erosion from dust and gas and ensuring stable filtration accuracy.
(3) High filtration accuracy, with a minimum filtration precision of 0.1 μm and a filtration efficiency of 99.99% or higher.
(4) Excellent high-temperature resistance, with a long-term service temperature of up to 400°C and a short-term service temperature of up to 450°C.
(5) Easy back-blow regeneration, with a dust detachment rate of over 70%, stable long-term performance, and a long service life.
(6) Excellent corrosion resistance, enabling it to withstand harsh operating conditions; it exhibits good resistance to acidic and alkaline media at elevated temperatures, as well as to corrosive media containing sulfur, chlorine, fluorine, and other corrosive elements.
Advantages of YT Metal Flexible Membrane Structures:
(1) The coating layer uses a high-strength, integrally stretched mesh as the substrate, exhibiting excellent properties such as high strength, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance.
(2) A secondary membrane-forming technique is employed to create an asymmetric structure, resulting in a gradient pore-size distribution from the outer to the inner layer, which facilitates dust interception and backblowing cleaning.
(3) The membrane surface is smooth and even, with fine pore sizes, enabling surface interception while minimizing blockage of the internal pores, thereby maintaining stable flux and filtration pressure differential over the long term.
(4) The filter element’s internal support structure features a proprietary helical porous design, delivering outstanding performance in overall straightness, roundness, and resistance to negative pressure, with a maximum withstandable negative pressure exceeding 50 kPa.
(5) The filter element connector adopts a socket-and-spigot structural design with the support skeleton, ensuring perfect adhesion between the membrane layer and the support structure and eliminating the risk of shear-stress-induced failure.
