Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for mixing, sintering, and special treatments during the filter element R&D process; and participate in the development and design of the coating process.
  2. Perform experimental operations related to materials research and development in collaboration with the Materials Office Director and engineers.
  3. Participate in the implementation of the experimental protocol, including relevant operations, sample submission, and data organization.
  4. Collaborate with the laboratory director and materials engineers to analyze experimental data, prepare a report, and submit it to the laboratory director for review.
  5. Responsible for monitoring and providing technical guidance throughout the R&D-to-production transition process, as well as assisting in resolving any technical issues that arise during production.
  6. Participate in the preparation of coating paste used for production;
  7. Failure analysis of defects occurring during the production and use of filter cartridges;
  8. Confidentiality Management and 6S Management;
  9. Strictly comply with the company’s and department’s relevant rules and regulations.
  10. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

 

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field related to materials chemistry or powder metallurgy;
  2. More than 3 years of R&D experience, with strong communication and coordination skills as well as excellent stress tolerance. Possesses broad thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle the pressure of dealing with complex and tedious tasks.
  3. Proficient in CAD;
  4. Strong learning ability and adaptability.

Job Qualifications:

More than 3 years of sales experience in industrial sectors such as metallurgical furnaces, steelmaking, non-ferrous metal smelting, and chemical engineering, or experience in selling core process equipment for these industries (such as boilers, kilns, pressure vessels, etc.), as well as experience in environmental protection, dust removal, denitrification, and desulfurization.
  3. Candidates with the ability to independently develop key accounts, and who have successful project experience and stable customer resources, are preferred.
  4. Familiar with end-to-end sales management, proficient in business negotiations, contract signing, and accounts receivable collection.
  5. Results-oriented, able to handle high performance pressure, and possesses outstanding market development skills.
  6. Proficient in engaging with high-level clients, possessing excellent business communication and client relationship management skills, and able to respond flexibly to various business scenarios.
  7. Clear and compelling verbal expression that quickly builds customer trust;
  8. Able to adapt to long-term business trips in northern regions and efficiently manage multiple tasks and their progress.

 

Bonus points:

  1. Priority is given to established customer resources and industry connections in industrial sectors such as metallurgical furnaces, steel production, non-ferrous metal smelting, chemical processing, and environmental protection—including dust removal, denitrification, and desulfurization.
  2. Prior experience in sales within the environmental protection industry in the aforementioned industrial sectors is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the design and optimization of engineering machinery—including but not limited to the dust collector body, steel structures, piping systems, and more—based on project layout drawings and piping diagrams.
  2. Responsible for the design and review of project construction drawings;
  3. Participate in preliminary site surveys and data collection for the project, and complete the preparation of proposals and the provision of technical documentation for the dust collector equipment’s specialized bidding phase.
  4. Provide technical support and coordination throughout the project’s construction process, and resolve issues arising during on-site construction.
  5. Participate in project commissioning and acceptance activities to ensure the project is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  6. Conduct technical exchanges and answer questions for customers, addressing their inquiries and needs regarding dust removal systems.
  7. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

 

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical design, mechanical engineering, or a related field;
  2. More than 5 years of experience in engineering design related to environmental protection, including dust removal, desulfurization, and denitrification.
  3. Priority will be given to candidates holding mid- to senior-level professional titles and possessing a registered environmental engineer certification. Candidates with design experience from design institutes or well-known environmental protection companies will also be given priority.
  4. Dedicated and highly motivated, with strong teamwork spirit and excellent communication skills.
  5. Able to meet project travel requirements.
